Al
Gore’s Documentary film An Inconvenient Truth portrays just that, an
inconvenient truth about climate change and its impact on the Earth. It’s odd to see all this evidence and
still have people who are convince that climate change, as a whole, doesn’t actually
exist. It’s ridiculous, and really
the only thing stopping people from making a change is the fact that if they
tried to modify the system, they would lose money. What Al Gore tries to do is shed some light on the situation
at hand in a way that can get the most people supporting his opinions. His facts, his images everything in his
presentation is clear-cut with sources and proper evidence showing how he is
right. Climate change is real, it
is a pressing issue that needs to be fixed, but it’s hard to get anything done
when you have some many skeptics in the world blatantly turning a blind eye to
it. It brings about the idea that
corporation are more interested in making money, than protecting the planet
they live on. Like Al Gore
mentioned, gold is nice and all, but what’s the use of having it if the Earth
is destroyed.
